铁鸟

        圣*法兰西斯San Franceseo（1181-1226）意大利人，是一个圣徒，是罗马天主教最大的修会（成员有男有女）圣法西斯会的创始人。出身富贵，为了做一个贫穷的传教士而离弃他的财富。他率先用圣诞剧来庆祝耶稣降生。他写的这篇祷文，经常在婚礼歌中歌唱。

求你使我成为和平的使者：
哪里有仇恨，使我播撒仁爱的种子；
哪里有伤害，使我播撒饶恕的种子；
哪里有怀疑，使我播撒信心的种子；
哪里有失望，使我播撒希望的种子；

神圣的主啊，求你帮助我：
不求被人安慰，但求我能安慰他人；
